Un real as it took days to pack and the house was cleared in a few hours and the big items beds etc were disassembled for ease the reassembled at the new house without faff it took us a few days to unpack but as the guys said it's a work in progress now unpacking not a rush to pack before we moved - also we offered drinks and snacks which they enjoyed on the move and never stopped!!! - Manage the job from the minute you enter the door. Take a few minutes to assess the job, then tell the client what you will be doing, when and how.
- Show that you respect the client, their property, their possessions and feelings. During a house removal people are a bit more stressed than normal. They will be more at ease when they know the house move will be done by friendly, courteous, professionals that have informed them of what to expect and shows respect for person and property.
- Never push or pull but always lift an item.

Need furniture dis-assembled for your house move?
- No problem. We can dis-assemble furniture on the day or send someone to do it prior to the removal day.
- Most occasions this will be included in your hourly rate unless it is an specialized item.
- Most of the time the assemblies are straight forward beds, wardrobes etc but on occasion it may require specialist knowledge or tools and on these occasions we do them prior to the move. Please make sure to give us advance notice when you require an assembly or disassembly service.

In addition we do all types of flat pack assembly.
Yes we do. We are licensed carrier for household furniture and goods. Where possible we will always try to send the furniture to charity first before disposing of it.We cannot remove garden or building rubble.
Pleas note that certain items like fridges, freezers and mattresses may carry additional Waste station charges.These are fees charges by local councils. Charges per item may be levied depending on the council.
We will always go to the nearest waste station.
We have the ability and equipment to move both upright and Grand pianos. There is a range of factors to consider before moving a piano or any other heavy items, therefore a site visit will always be required prior to the removal.
Other hydraulic heavy equipment allows us to move exceptional heavy item such as safes, Granite objects, oak dressers etc.
As a rule we don’t pack or move the content of the fridge or freezer as it is not covered by our insurance.
In special cases we will carry the content if advance notice has been given allowing us to bring freezer boxes and bags.
Should the client wish for us to carry the content of the fridge or freezer , the content should be packed in appropriate leak free containers and special care should be taken to avoid leakage which can stain or damage other items of furniture.
Food cannot be stored in any storage.
Yes, we are a removalist specialist with all the appropriate insurance including:
- Vehicle insurance for hire and reward
- Employers and Public liability insurance
- Goods in transit insurance
No, as a rule we do not unplumb or replumb white goods as it is not covered by insurance.
All white goods needs to be completely unplumbed and free from any electrical connection before removal.
This goes for any appliance that is connected directly to the mains without a plug.
